Responsibilities:
Storage, handling and processing facilities from operational and quality point of view
Participate to search for assets, in negotiations, evaluation of enterprises, attraction and interaction with the potential investors
Develop process engineering solutions and concepts
Cooperate with internal and external partners in interdisciplinary teams (SHE, Project management)
Provide inspired leadership for the organization

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in grain elevator operation
Experience in operations and leadership Communication Proficiency;
Management principles (Plan, Lead and Control)
Safety and Environmental processes and practices
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
