Vacancie: Supplier Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
Project Related
Set up Advanced Quality Plan of new components in line with components prototype schedules
Coordinate the component feasibility study
Support the technical assessment for new projects supplier selection
Drive supplier new component CSR review with validation plans
Lead supplier component process flow/PFMEA/Control Plan review
Manage the critical components prototype on-site and create resolution plans
Plan and perform supplier process audits
Provide support and coordination during mass production phases
Manage the components PPAP approval
Handle supplier’s quality problem-solving during the development phases.
Commodity Related
Summarize and share lesson Learnt at phase F for each critical component
Bring in components lesson learnt into the new components development
Manage the various steps in the ERP system with the quality team
Manage or give support to the supplier continuous improvement
Support critical components issues during the mass production phase.
Additional required and desired skills for the successful candidate:
Familiar with 5 tools of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 with auditor experience
Full knowledge for Quality Systems, ISO9001 or IATF16949 auditor certificated
IPC610 CIS certificated and ESD at expert level
Practice of Problem Solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, 6Sigma)
Green Belt certificate and experience with Minitab or other data analysis software Fluent English
