This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home (leading home security company) and Engie (multinational electric utility), among many others.
The company currently has several vacancies for the following positions
1. AI Implementation Engineer
As our customer base continues to grow with the excitement around our product, we're looking to expand our team and currently have multiple AI Implementation Engineering openings. Come join our Implementation team of creative technical experts who collaborate with customers to ensure their success with OfferFit!
In particular, you will:
Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on implementations (use case definition, data integration, pipeline and ML model configuration, etc.)
Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
Work closely with the CTO to analyze and improve self-learning (reinforcement learning) algorithms
Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap
Oversee the continuous support OfferFit provides customers to ensure their success
Technical Landscape:
Data Science/Back End: Python (Pandas, TF, Flask, Great Expectations)
Web (not require for this role): JavaScript (Vue, Node.js), HTML, CSS, SQL
Architecture/DevOps: Kubernetes, Airflow, Ansible, GCP
Well-tested, type-hinted, documented, modular code and use pre-commit hooks, CI/CD, and issue tracking for development
2. DevOps Engineer
Do you enjoy working on data-intensive products and supporting the build of a scalable infrastructure from an early stage? Come join our quickly growing Engineering team to help design, improve and scale OfferFit's self-learning (reinforcement learning) AI platform.
In particular, you will:
Use robust DevOps and software engineering best practices to design, implement, and improve modular components in a cutting-edge ML product
Implement DevOp best practices around product and platform (e.g., Cloud, Analytic Databases, Microservices/APIs, Monitoring/Alerting, Security and Authentication) infrastructure to make deployments more efficient, scalable and robust
Work closely with OfferFit customers to understand, translate and generalize particular use cases to generic platform components
Apply your extensive knowledge of Python and its ecosystem to produce clean, readable, and extendible code, and coach others on the team in doing the same
Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap
Support teams implementing OfferFit for customers to ensure their success
Tech stack:
