To answer the questions many students ask about the taking of the Unified State Qualification Exam in September-October 2022, during the ongoing large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the extended martial law in Ukraine, we would like to inform you of the following:

Foreign students who currently stay in Ukraine and students who are internally displaced persons will be given an opportunity to take the exam at their place of stay on the date of the exam.
To be able to do this, students must contact the higher education institution where they are studying and inform it about their intention to take their exam in the higher education institution that is nearest to their current place of stay.
The higher education institution, on its part, must send a letter to the Testing Board with the list of its students, where it would specify what higher education institutions were chosen by the students to take their exams in.
Students will also have an option to take their exam in winter or in the spring of 2023.

Additionally, we must inform you that currently the regulations do not allow for the exams to be held outside of Ukraine, but the Testing Board is taking the necessary measures to resolve this issue.
We assure you that the Testing Board does everything possible to create safe and comfortable conditions for the attestation of students.
