Що робити?
– Lead various types of projects:
– Qualitative and quantitative research.
– Analysis of business climate, competitors, and company structure, interviewing key decision-makers and conducting strategic sessions.
– Naming, design concept and design elements, including production.
– Communication brand strategy in partnership with media agencies.
– Creative platform and 360-campaign.
– Production houses bidding, pre-production, shooting and post-production.
– Substitution of marketing team, designing marketing plans and implementing tactical projects and many different solutions and requests of the client’s business.
– Manage and closely work with a team of 10-15 people.
– Write briefs for the creative team, form timing plans and status reports.
– Coordinate with the team and clients to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
– Assess the resources needed to reach objectives and manage them effectively and efficiently.
– Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
– Troubleshoot and manage out-of-scope requests.
– Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
– Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
– Collaborate closely with finance and legal teams.
– Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Що потрібно?
– 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing project management with a portfolio of your implemented projects.
– Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
– Ability to lead creative teams of 10–15 people (strategists, art directors, copywriters, designers) and see them through to completion.
– In-depth understanding of the process flow from client entry and identification of needs to search for solutions, implementation, and responsibility for the result.
– Budget management experience to follow the planned budget, analyse current spending and monitor cash flow.
– Technical proficiency and experience in working with macOS.
– Experience in managing document flow (agreements, contracts, NDAs, etc.).
– Experience in the organization and management of video shoots will be a plus.
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to represent the company to big market players as well as effectively manage the team.
– Communication skills to effectively communicate with different audiences, from executives to creative teams and to succinctly convey one’s opinion and set tasks at all levels.
– Exceptional organizational skills and structured mindset.
– Proactive approach to problem-solving and looking for the best solution.
– Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team and your Brand leader.
– Focus on details and accuracy.
– Analytical skills to be able to build project flow and team effectiveness.
