– Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels, including scheduling, grid planning, and caption/story writing.
– Oversee and create content for social channels, with a focus on Instagram & TikTok .
– Analyze performance metrics of the brand's accounts.
– Research and identify consumer trends to ensure relevant social activations.
– Analyze competitor profiles to maintain brand relevance.
– Design and schedule emails.
– Create brand graphics and design elements for the website.
– Develop fresh and elevated content aligned with brand identity and trends.
– Responsible for designing collateral and packaging.
– Identify opportunities for social growth.
– Coordinate with external influencer management agencies.
– Produce video content for paid social channels.
– Maintain relationships with external agencies.

Що потрібно?
– Creative mindset with the ability to design within brand guidelines.
– Technical proficiency in basic artworking and video editing software.
– Experience in graphic design.
– Strong writing skills to craft creative captions aligned with the brand's TOV.
– Analytical mindset comfortable working with KPIs, analyzing results, competition, and market trends.
– Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts with direction.
– 2+ years of Brand Marketing experience in the Cosmetics industry, preferably in the premium/luxury skincare segment.
– Familiarity with the UK and Swiss markets.
– Previous titles may include Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Manager, Online Manager, Digital Marketing Manager.

Які умови?
– Full-time, remote with regular in-person meetings in Switzerland and the UK.
