У Маріуполі російські окупанти через шахрайські фінансові операції забирають у людей гроші та виманюють персональні дані.

У заблокованому місті відкрилися так звані «банкомати», які працюють під контролем російських терористів.

Відомо, що один з таких «банкоматів» запрацював у приміщенні колишнього супермаркету у Лівобережному районі міста.

Там маріупольці можуть обміняти безготівкові гроші на готівку у шахраїв за курсом, який становить 2 до 1. Тобто окупанти забирають у людей половину від суми.

У приміщенні Центрального відділку поліції окупанти під виглядом «пенсійного фонду та соціальних служб» почали активний збір даних маріупольців.

Під час «реєстрації» окупанти виманюють дані не лише про особу та її майно, але й родичів.

Існує загроза, що ці дані можуть використовуватися рашистами для пошуку людей, шантажу, вербування та вимагання грошей з близьких, які виїхали або мешкають за межами Маріуполя.

Терор, жорстоке та принизливе поводження з мирними жителями на окупованих територіях це воєнний злочин, визначений Статутом Міжнародного військового трибуналу та Римським статутом міжнародного кримінального суду, та порушення норм Женевської конвенції про захист цивільного населення під час війни.

Звертаюсь до Комісії ООН з розслідування порушень прав людини під час військового вторгнення рф в Україну врахувати ці факти вчинення рф воєнних злочинів та порушень прав людини в Україні.

It is known that one of such "ATMs" worked in the premises of a former supermarket in the Left Bank district of the city.

There, Mariupol residents can exchange non-cash money for cash from fraudsters at a rate of 2 to 1. That is, the occupiers take away half of the amount from people.

In the premises of the Central Police Department, the occupiers, under the guise of a "pension fund and social services", began actively collecting data from Mariupol residents.

During the "registration", the occupiers extract data not only about the person and his property, but also from relatives.

There is a danger that these data may be used by rashists to search for people, blackmail, recruit and extort money from relatives who have left or live outside Mariupol.

Terror, cruel and degrading treatment of civilians in the occupied territories is a war crime under the Statute of the International Military Tribunal and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and a violation of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of Russian war crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
