Станом на ранок 18 травня 2022 року за даними Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань, а також інших джерел, які потребують підтвердження, з початку вторгнення російської федерації в Україні загинуло 229 дітей та постраждало 424 дитини. (+1 за добу).
Фактичну кількість загиблих і поранених дітей встановити не є можливим через те, що в українських містах окупаційні війська ведуть активні бойові дії.
Найбільше постраждало дітей у: Донецькій області - 141 дитина, Київській - 116 дітей, Харківській – 100 дітей, Чернігівській – 68 дітей, Херсонській – 48 дітей, Миколаївській – 44 дитини, Луганській – 47 дитини, Запорізькій – 28 дітей, Сумській – 17 дітей, м. Києві – 16 дітей, Житомирській – 15 дітей.
Напередодні ракетним ударом по місту Бахмут на Донеччині, зруйновано конструкції житлового будинку з п'ятого по перший поверх. Внаслідок цього тяжко травмовано 9-річну дитину.
Водночас стало відомо, що один із снарядів розірвався поруч з квартирою, в якій в той момент перебувала трирічна дитина. На щастя дитина не постраждала.
Прооперовано дівчинку, яка травмувалася під час ракетного удару по базі відпочинку на Одещині. Дитина перебуває у вкрай тяжкому стані в одному із медичних закладів Одещини.
Внаслідок цілеспрямованих обстрілів ворожих сил рф продовжується руйнування та знищення закладів освіти. Сьогодні вночі російська армія вщент зруйнувала ще один навчальний заклад – Авдіївську школу №1 на Донеччині. Заклад був обстріляний забороненими фосфорними боєприпасами.
Загалом через бомбардування та обстріли збройними силами РФ українських міст та сіл пошкоджено 1772 заклади освіти. При цьому 161 з них зруйновано повністю.
Такі дії російських окупаційних військ є прямим порушенням Гаазької і Женевської конвенцій та Конвенцією ООН про права дитини.
Звертаюся до Комісії ООН з розслідування порушень прав людини під час військового вторгнення рф в Україну врахувати ці факти порушень рф прав дитини в Україні.

On the eve of a rocket attack on the city of Bakhmut in Donetsk region, the structures of a residential building from the fifth to the first floor were destroyed. As a result, a 9-year-old child was seriously injured.
At the same time, it became known that one of the shells exploded near the apartment where a three-year-old child was at the time. Fortunately, the child was not injured.
A girl who was injured during a missile strike at a recreation center in the Odesa region was operated on. The child is in extremely serious condition in one of the medical institutions of Odesa region.
As a result of targeted shelling by enemy forces of the russian federation, the destruction and destruction of educational institutions continues. Tonight, the russian army completely destroyed another educational institution - Avdiivka School G1 in Donetsk region. The facility was shelled with banned phosphorus munitions.
In total, 1,772 educational institutions were damaged by bombing and shelling by Ukrainian forces in Ukrainian cities and villages. At the same time, 161 of them were completely destroyed.
Such actions by the russian occupation forces are a direct violation of the Hague and Geneva Conventions and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
