У приміщенні напівзруйнованій будівлі дитячого садка №104 у Маріуполі окупанти відкрили «дитячий центр».

У розбомбленому дитячому закладі немає світла та води, а їжу готують на вогні у дворі.
Задля створення «картинки» для ворожої пропаганди, загарбники нехтують елементарними правилами безпеки дітей та їх базовими потребами.

Крім того, дітей у закладі планують вчити за російськомовним підручником самопроголошеного псевдодержавного утворення в ОРДО «Азбука Донбасса», де є вірші із такими рядками як «Донбасс – русская земля» та «родина наша россия».

Такі дії окупантів створюють безпосередню загрозу життю та здоров’ю дітей, чим порушують Женевську конвенцію про захист цивільного населення під час війни, а також не забезпечують право дитини на освіту, спрямовану на виховання поваги до культурної самобутності, мови і національних цінностей країни, в якій дитина проживає, що передбачено Конвенцією ООН про права дитини.

Звертаюся до Комісії ООН з розслідування порушень прав людини під час військового вторгнення рф в Україну та прошу врахувати ці факти порушень рф прав дітей в Україні.

There is no light or water in the bombed-out children's institution, and food is prepared on the fire in the yard.

In order to create a "picture" for hostile propaganda, the invaders neglect the basic rules of child safety and their basic needs.

In addition, the institution plans to teach children according to the russian-language textbook of the self-proclaimed pseudo-state formation in the ORDO "Alphabet of Donbass", where there are poems with such lines as "Donbass - russian land" and "our family russia".

Such actions of the occupiers pose a direct threat to the lives and health of children, in violation of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, and do not guarantee the child's right to education for respect for cultural identity, language and national values. the child resides as provided by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and ask them to take into account these facts of russia's violations of children's rights in Ukraine.
