У тимчасово окупованому Криму продовжується практика насильницьких зникнень громадських активістів, незгодних з діями рашистських загарбників.

Художник Богдан Зіза, який 16 травня 2022 року у Євпаторії облив «міську адміністрацію» жовтою і блакитною фарбами та кинув у будівлю коктейль Молотова, зник після затримання.

Того ж дня окупанти поширили через кримські ЗМІ та телеграм-канали відео, на якому Богдан у розірваній футболці тремтячим голосом «вибачається за всій вчинок». Було помітно, що текст він читає під примусом, не виключено, що до нього були застосовані тортури.

З моменту затримання друзі та правозахисники намагаються знайти Зізу, проте встановити місце його знаходження не вдалося. На сайті «міського суду» Євпаторії інформації про арешт або розгляд адміністративної справи немає.

Такими діями окупанти порушують положення Міжнародної конвенції про захист усіх осіб від насильницьких зникнень, статті 5 Конвенції про захист прав людини та основних свобод, згідно з якою кожній людині гарантовано право на особисту недоторканність, IV Женевської конвенції про захист цивільного населення під час війни, Європейської конвенції з прав людини.

Звертаюся до Комісії ООН з розслідування порушень прав людини під час військового вторгнення рф в Україну врахувати ці факти порушень рф прав людини в Україні.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the practice of enforced disappearances of public activists who disagree with the actions of rashist invaders continues.

The artist Bohdan Ziza, who on May 16, 2022 in Yevpatoria doused the "city administration" with yellow and blue paints and threw a Molotov cocktail into the building, disappeared after his arrest.

On the same day, the occupiers spread a video through the Crimean media and telegram channels in which Bohdan, in a torn T-shirt, "apologizes” in a trembling voice for the “whole act." It was noticeable that he read the text under pressure, it is possible that he was tortured.

Since his arrest, friends and human rights activists have been trying to find Ziza, but his whereabouts have not been established. There is no information about the arrest or consideration of an administrative case on the website of the Evpatoria City Court.

By doing so, the occupiers violate the provisions of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, Article 5 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which guarantees everyone the right to privacy, the 4th Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons on human rights.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of human rights violations in Ukraine.
