Рашисти готуються до незаконної анексії окупованих ними територій України.

Після провалу плану щодо проведення «референдуму» на Херсонщині через масові протести місцевих мешканців, окупанти розпочали розробку іншого сценарію привласнення українських територій.

З цією метою до держдуми рф внесено законопроект про розширення повноважень президента, зокрема щодо створення тимчасових адміністрацій за межами рф на захоплених територіях України.

У планах загарбників утворити тимчасові адміністрації у Донецькій, Луганській, Херсонській та Запорізькій областях.
Підготовка до цього вже розпочалась.

У Скадовську Херсонської області окупанти формують базу даних мешканців під приводом здійснення соціальних виплат у російських рублях. Водночас ними анонсується оформлення нових паспортів зразка рф для мешканців тимчасово окупованої Херсонської області.

Напередодні колаборант Володимир Сальдо, який проголосив себе очільником Херсонської області, повідомив рашистським ЗМІ, що Херсонщина вже найближчим часом увійде у склад рф.

Такі дії держави-агресора на тимчасово окупованих територіях України є грубим порушенням основоположних принципів суверенності та територіальної цілісності держави, вимог статті 2 Статуту ООН та Декларації про принципи міжнародного права.

Звертаюсь до Комісії ООН з розслідування порушень прав людини під час військового вторгнення рф в Україну врахувати ці факти порушень прав людини рф в Україні.

Rashists are preparing for the illegal annexation of the occupied territories of Ukraine.

After the failure of the plan to hold a "referendum" in the Kherson region due to mass protests by local residents, the occupiers began to develop another scenario for the appropriation of Ukrainian territories.

To this end, a bill has been submitted to the state duma of the russian federation to expand the powers of the president, in particular to establish temporary administrations outside the russian federation in the occupied territories of Ukraine.

The invaders plan to establish temporary administrations in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia oblasts.

Preparations for this have already begun.
In Skadovsk, Kherson region, the occupiers are forming a database of residents under the pretext of making social benefits in russian rubles. At the same time, they are announcing the issuance of new russian passports for residents of the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

Yesterday, collaborator Volodymyr Saldo, who declared himself the head of the Kherson region, told the rashist media that the Kherson region will soon become part of the russian federation.

Such actions of the aggressor state in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are a gross violation of the fundamental principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, the requirements of Article 2 of the UN Charter and the Declaration of Principles of International Law.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of human rights violations in Ukraine.
