We are looking for two enthusiastic Backend Developers to join our well-funded, dynamic media company.
Essential Skills: 3+ years of experience building
production-grade PHP applications;
Strong knowledge of
CodeIgniter Framework;
Experience in HTML/CSS and JavaScript front-end development;
Strong database skills with MySQL or another SQL dialect;
Deep knowledge and active usage of
OOP principles;
Knowledge of AWS administration (EC2, S3, RDS, among others);
Spoken and written English at the professional level;
Knowledge of Ubuntu Linux (including Bash, Cron, SSH);
HTML5 Video Streaming;
RESTful Web Services;
Test-driven development using PHPUnit;
Experience using deployment pipelines;
Understanding of Docker.
