Call for ESC volunteers in Austria!
Verein JUKUS is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation specialised in supporting youth, culture and sports. JUKUS contributes to the establishment of intercultural and socio-cultural activities in the area of Graz. JUKUS runs a youth center "ECHO". Main target group of this youth center are migrants. At ECHO, young people can spend their free time away from the pressure. Here their needs are taken seriously, their worries and problems are listened to, their ideas are met with interest and - if possible - they are implemented. More information: www.logo.at/hosting

What will I do in this project?
The role of the ECS Volunteer is to support various activities, projects and the day to day work at the youth centre “ECHO", assist the team, initiate own projects and workshops.
How is the project financed?
Expenses are fully covered: travel from to Ukraine and back, accommodation, food & pocket money, medical insurance, support in learning the language. JUKUS will provide a volunteer with a room at student's dormitory.
Am I eligible?
• You are a Ukrainian citizen or permanent resident
• You are 18-30 years old
• Soft skills: openness, communicability, initiative, self-organisation and teamwork.
• Hard skills: experience and willingness to work with youngsters, some knowledge of pedagogical and social work, motivation to learn to speak German.
