Hey, guys! Have you ever tried art-therapy?
If no, here is a chance for it! Our alumna Alyona Budina ’05 is organizing an online art-therapy session where you can participate. You don’t need to have any skills or experience in drawing, just a desire to develop self-awareness and to explore your emotions while creating something of your own.
Please, note that the sessions will be held in Russian.
The meeting will take place on Saturday, June 19, from 11 am till 1 pm.
