Are you ready to be a part of a revolutionizing team that's transforming the way credit is approached in the United Kingdom banking industry? We're currently seeking Collections Agents to join us and provide exceptional service to customers who are in collections, helping to resolve their financial queries and identify their needs to achieve satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers who are in collections;
Deal with customer financial queries through correct processes and escalation mechanisms;
Participate in improving the process and performance of our products and services;
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution;
Assist with collections processes, dealing with early miss-payments scenarios, and potentially vulnerable customers.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills;
Excellent English-speaking skills (Upper Intermediate — Advanced);
Financial services or customer support-related experience;
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
Familiarity with the banking system and financial products in a customer-facing role;
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Other Information:

40 hours per week, remote work.
