PR Manager

What you will do:

generate opportunities for gaining brand attributes;
nurture relationships with media, industry experts, analysts, and retail opinion leaders;
praise customers by sharing success stories to build trust in the market;
build relations with the target audience to amplify Competera Pricing Community growth;
produce content in a variety of formats (i.e. articles, case studies, research, interviews, press releases).

Requirements:
— 2+ years as PR manager in product, startup or agency (B2C, B2B).
— advanced English (both spoken and written), followed by excellent editing skills.
— a successful track record of publications in Tier 1 foreign media.

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

maintain clients’ relationships on a strategic level starting from the first day;
ensure clients’ business goals are followed while the satisfaction rate is high;
conduct training sessions, and induce product adoption;
proactively identify clients’ needs and pains, and communicate them to Product Owners and the Delivery team.
manage change requests, configuration changes and upsells.

Requirements:
— Fluent English;
— 3+ years of previous experience in an Account Manager role in the IT industry (B2B);
— Jira/Intercom, SalesForce user.

Head of Social Communications and Content

What you will do:

сreate and lead company’s content strategy with a special emphasis on social media communications;
elaborate strategic development and growth plan for LinkedIn pricing community and manage its implementation;
plan, organize, and execute various events around the pricing community, e.g., meet-ups, webinars, workshops, etc.;
foster relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other retail stakeholders to promote the pricing community and leverage collaborations;
collaborate with R&D and other teams to align activities with broader business objectives and product updates etc.

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in a relevant position in B2B marketing;
— excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, knowledge of how social media communications work;
— fluent English level.
