We are looking for an HR Generalist who will build trusted relationships with both employees and managers, help the company provide a great employee experience, and retain our top talents. This is a full-time permanent position in Lviv (work from home is possible).

Requirements:
• HR background (at least 1 year of working experience in HR, talent management);
• Excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills;
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with people from different departments;
• Essential soft skills: sociability and empathy, initiative and liability, self-organization;
• English level — Intermediate.
