Important note: short-term and full-time role (5 months contract with prolongation possibility).

What you need for this position:
• 1.5-3 years of proven Talent Sourcing/IT recruitment experience
• Strong communication and copy skills
• Deep and practical knowledge of best sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruitment process
• Basic knowledge of product development life cycle
• Experience with non-tech roles: marketing, design, and product
• Experience in conducting phone screening or HR interviews
• B2 English
