VistaCreate (ex-Crello) is looking for INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leading a wide variety of regular and one-off communications
• Owning the development of new and existing communications channels
• Cut through the noise with events, channels, and messages that demand attention.
• Planning agendas and developing content for live events that captivate and inspire
• Writing, distributing, and measuring the impact of a broad range of written and visual communications
• Building a communication strategy to support integration initiatives, amplify leadership messaging, align processes, and drive team engagement.
• Creating a strong connection between the role team members play and how it delivers value to customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with a range of team members, within your organization, and across Vista

Basic Qualifications:
• A self-starting, creative and highly productive approach to your work
• Experience auditing existing channels and ways of working, and identifying new opportunities to enhance communications effectiveness
• The ability to deliver from idea, through execution to measurement, as an individual contributor with the support of a team
• A track record of successful execution in a high impact fast moving internal communications role, either agency or in-house
• Exceptional writing and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to produce clear, compelling, motivating communications for team members of all levels and in all geographies
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
• Written & spoken English fluency is required.
