Thank you for all your support with the involved issue regarding Ukrainians who across the open border of USA but didn’t receive UHP status.
On February 24th will be 1 year since the war in Ukraine started.
It is time when all those people who came from the war on April 12-24 through the open border for Ukrainians should be ready to leave USA. They should be out of the USA by April 2023.

Due to this situation Ukrainians who cross the border 12-24 April 2022 need to notify about this situation the owners of the houses they are renting also their employers (they work as developers, managers, software engineers, etc. ), children’s schools and preschools. Ukrainians have no homes to come back. They will lose everything twice within a year.
They have to find money to buy tickets for whole families and rent apartments somewhere in the world. And after in those countries they should try to apply i-134 form for U4U somewhere outside, as I understand.
I would like to confirm if Ukrainians leave US, can they come back through U4U program? (They have sponsors, they were in the war, they are Ukrainians).

Please, be compassion to Ukrainians and give a chance to apply for U4U inside a country.

Ukrainians want to be legal in the USA, work and pay taxes.
