Required Skills and Experience:
• 1-2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions
• Understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Analytic thinking and good negotiation skills
• Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Recruitment database maintenance
• Source candidates using different channels, networks, internal databases, internal and external referrals, etc
• Communicate with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions
• Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skills level
