About employer: ELVTR, an international online education startup with strong Ukrainian roots.

Requirements:
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about a wide range of subjects.
• Upper-intermediate - Advanced level proficiency in German (both spoken and written).
• Strong German market knowledge (you are a current or former German citizen, could also be a Ukrainian who moved to Germany a couple of years ago and studied there).
• Experience in research, education program analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated technical savviness, with proficiency in data analysis tools, business software, and a general understanding of online platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with online education platforms and the competitive landscape.

Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Marketing, or similar).
• Knowledge of visualization tools.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the German-speaking online education market.
• Analyze competitor offerings and assess potential areas of differentiation.
• Propose innovative course topics that align with our brand and target audience.
• Develop hypotheses around the viability of new course ideas and design tests to validate these hypotheses.
• Collaborate with our team of experts to refine course concepts and curricula.
• Assist the team in identifying suitable subjects for instructors.
• Continuously monitor the performance of our courses and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Normalize and evaluate students' data for standardization and analysis purposes.
• Preserve the historical record of ideas within Asana and Airtable.
