Looking for 1 chef for a busy pub/restaurant in Adare, Co.Limerick
What you are going to get:
*Full time official permanent job, 5 days a week
*Very comprehensive pay rates, depending of your knowledge and experience
*8/10 hours shifts (mornings or/and evenings), all hours worked over the limit (over 40 hours) payable at higher rates
* Tips as an addition to your wages
* Possibility to take days off on weekend, or other days which you prefer
*Staff meals/tea/coffee are not chargeable during your working shifts
*Accomodation is not provided, but room for rent is available for a single person, close by to work place (~3-5 minutes walk). Around €100 a week (all bills are included)
What we are asking from you:
*Experience of working in different parts of the kitchen, especially on the hot side/grill
*Be able to work by yourself and to be a part of the team
*Knowledge of HACCP rules and following them
*Physical and mental resistance as the premises are very busy especially over the summer
*Knowledge of minimum English language is preferred but not necessary as first couple of days/weeks could be on shifts with me, so everything will be explained and all questions will be answered. But English language is needed in the future, as current work position is expecting of communication with suppliers/placing orders and cooperating with others workers
