Financial Reporting Specialist for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector

Your tasks:
• Supporting the Inventory Accounting team members with project deliverables involving tasks like material and invoice flow assessment and testing
• Collaborating closely with IT, Logistics and Order Management teams
• Ensuring new processes addressing IFRS requirements
• Identifying and managing risks related to revenue recognition
 
Your experience/knowledge:
• Excellent understanding of IFRS standards
• Proficient SAP R/3 knowledge including SD/MM and COPA
• Experience in reporting or accounting for inventories
• Preferably a master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
 
Your soft skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active and self-driven with a hands-on approach
