What will you do:
⁃ Communicate with customers via phone, chat and e-mail and help them find solution to any issues they may face
⁃ Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
You are:
- Feeling perfectly fine speaking and writing advanced English
⁃ Loving communication with people and helping them
⁃ Ready to take 5 working shifts per week (with 2 compulsory night shifts)
