PRIVACY RULES:
How it changes with war, getting status of EU candidate and GDPR for Ukrainian-refugee projects
As you may know, Ukraine has an EU candidate status and influences privacy rules. We want to discuss trending issues that appeared after.

How GDPR and/or national rules of EU countries influence Ukrainian and other Pro Bono projects?
What is the role of privacy during the war, the price of disclosure, and transfer of personal data?
How can we defend our personal data according to EU, USA, and Ukrainian legislation?
Can digital felonies like database hacking or DoS attacks be considered war crimes?
The event will be in English; you will see the broadcast on Kyiv Legal Hackers' Youtube and Facebook.

Lawyers from Kyiv Legal Hackers, Privacy Hub as well as leading experts on personal data protection from our community will help to understand all this.
