​​Moot Court Society of Institute of Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Junior Arbitration League are delighted to present Arbitration Boot Camp - the educational course composing of series of lectures and practical exercises dedicated to the basics of international arbitration

The course will be held for two weeks from 13 to 26 September 2021.

Arbitration Boot Camp is a great opportunity for you to find out what arbitration is and how it works. You will go through the path of arbitration basics being guided by well-regarded and experienced arbitration practitioners, who will be happy to share with you their knowledge and different practical insights.

Unfortunately, the rapidly changing epidemiological situation does not leave other choices to us - all the lectures and practical exercises will be held online. But hey, there is an obvious advantage of this format - you can join us regardless of your location!

What is more important, at the end of Arbitration Boot Camp we plan to run an offline simulation of the arbitration hearing in Kyiv. During this simulation, each interested participant will be able to take on the role of one of the arbitration hearing participants and receive a unique experience commonly unavailable to young arbitration lawyers.
