Overview: Headway is a global EdTech startup with Ukrainian roots that provides trusted microlearning solutions to over 50 million users in more than 140 countries. Their products are learning apps that help people grow in a fun and easy way with the help of bite-sized content.
Main duties:
• proposing lesson topics and crafting engaging and original texts for these lessons
• collaborating with the visual team to develop visually appealing and interactive elements for the lessons while also fact-checking these elements.
• generating and implementing ideas for new content formats within the product, working alongside the team.
• monitoring key product and business metrics, conducting competitor research, and analyzing user interaction with the content to make well-informed decisions.
Requirements:
• C1-C2 English proficiency
• STEM degree (bachelor's or higher)
• creativity, responsibility, and attentiveness to details
• interest in storytelling principles
• ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and accessible manner
• capability to see the big picture while focusing on the details.
