Why this is interesting:
Starting from March 2022, the KSE, together with the Office of the President, the Ministry of Economy, and other agencies, has been implementing the Russia Will Pay project. The project’s goal is to record, verify, analyze, and evaluate the losses of Ukraine’s infrastructure caused by the war. The project created a Damage Register and an aggregated database of material losses.
