Content Writer, Beetroot

Beetroot is a Swedish provider of IT consulting services based out of Ukraine. We build teams of developers and designers from Ukraine for European, Israeli, and North American IT companies and successful start-ups. We work within an informal atmosphere based on equality, personal responsibility, and trust.

Responsibilities
— Write technical and general marketing/media long-read texts, advertising copy, and more, for the Ukrainian market
— Research and conduct interviews with developers, HRs, managers and other specialists at Beetroot to support high-quality content
— Together with the team create awareness campaigns and ads to promote Beetroot vacancies, values, activities across Ukraine or in particular region
— Support your colleagues, inside and outside the marketing team, by editing texts and helping them improve their communication skills

Requirements
— Impeccable writing in vivid Ukrainian and Russian
— Advanced level of English, both written and spoken (you will also be supported by an English proofreader)
— 3+ years of experience in journalism, copywriting, or other related fields
— Open-minded person with an inquisitive and curious personality, easily engaging with people you interview
— Ability to mix your personal style and Beetroot’s unique tone of voice
— A good understanding of the Ukrainian media landscape, and how to create content for our different audiences
— Good understanding of social media content and an understanding of the Facebook and Instagram algorithms
— A collaborative and overall awesome team player who enjoys cooperating and engaging with other people
— A creative soul with a technical flair who’s not afraid to experiment with different approaches
