About the position:
TrafficStars is looking for a proactive Junior Business Development Manager who will take part and actively engage in growing the Publishing Department.
This multi-tasking role will give you an opportunity to build a career in the Online advertising industry and develop your skills in the AdTech field. You will work in a multinational and fast-paced environment with supportive and dedicated co-workers.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Publishing Department and move them through the sales cycle
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Proactive development of publisher portfolio, optimizing ad placements and publisher revenues
- Helping the Publishing Department with ad hoc tasks, such as analyzing data reports, observing communication with clients through different marketing channels
- Working closely with the compliance department on traffic fraud checks and suspected fraudulent activity
- Possibility to attend conferences and industry events around the world.
