​​ We are looking to hire Interns to work on various Amrop projects. The intern is the first stage in the career path at Amrop. The next step for successful candidates could be Researcher and then a Consultant.

During the interview, you will be able to meet your potential future colleagues who have already completed this path and got their promotion.

A successful Intern is an agile person with analytical mindset, demonstrating excellent time management and patience in reaching goals.

Intern Responsibilities:
Assisting Researchers in executive search projects by:
– tracking and targeting candidates using a variety of channels
– creating long and shortlists of candidates
– candidates' screening and assessment
– arranging meetings and interviews, providing support during the projects
– reference checkings
– preparing reports, presentations for clients, etc.
Market research
CRM (data input, analysis, queries, reports, etc.)
Providing support and assistance to Partners & Consultants
