We are delighted to announce the call for the 2022 Cross Examination Moot Court team members!
The 2022 case focuses on the energy-intensive cryptocurrency mining industry, the policies aimed at achieving net-zero emissions, and the fluctuating cryptocurrency markets in the context of an M&A transaction, as well as corruption allegations. The mock case was prepared by the International Chamber of Commerce, Dechert LLP, and Compass Lexecon.
