City Mission – Recruitment Support

Stockholm City Mission helps people who fled due to the war in Ukraine receive information and basic needs support in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities:
- you will work in the City Mission support centre with focus on helping people finding a job;
- you will primarily support Ukrainians but also other newcomers who visit the centre and enroll in City Mission program;
- you will help people with understanding the Swedish labour market, questions relating to finding job and practical and individual guidance on how to find a job in Sweden;
- you will support with writing CV, advice on how to translate diplomas, create/update LinkedIn profile, finding language courses or other educational programs and similar tasks;
- you will be in close contact with other job matching/recruiting centres (like Ukrainian Professional Support Centre) to cooperate in ensuring Ukrainians find jobs as quickly as possible.

Your profile:
- you have experience from and interest in helping people;
- you have strong administrative skills and enjoys a coordinative position;
- you are social and outgoing;
- you are flexible and enjoys a variety of task;
- you have a high level of Ukrainian and English skills (4 on a scale of 1-5);
- HR & Recruiter experience is an advantage.

What we offer:
- offer contract until September 1;
