The plan for the event is the following:

a. We gather near the liberty island ferry (Battery park for NY. If you would be traveling from NJ please meet the main group on the Island, on the flag pole plaza) on the 15th of October at 11:00 AM to hop on the 12:00 PM ferry to go to our destination; If there are no tickets for the 12:00 PM ferry, buy the ticket to the earlier hour (09:00; 10:00; 11:00);
b. If you get to the Liberty island before the main group, please wait for the main group to arrive. Spend time enjoying Liberty Island :) ;
c. When on Liberty Island, we gather on the flagpole plaza;
d. The official event will start at 1pm. We will be done by 2pm and after that head to the protest on Times Square (3pm);
e. Please make sure to read the list of prohibited items (in the google form description) and be sure not to bring them with you;
f. Please RSVP when you buy the ticket and please mention the time of the ferry you managed to get;
