Задача направления «Логистика» сделать сервисы, обеспечивающие доставку товаров во все торговые точки сети более точной, быстрой и отвечающей потребностям покупателей. Команда отвечает за управление запасами в магазинах и РЦ, управлением и роботизацией складов, а также планированием и оптимизацией работы транспорта.
Мы быстро растем и сейчас запускаем 12 продуктовых команд, работа каждой из которых напрямую связана с бизнес-метриками, влияет на финансовый результат компании и на то, когда и как товары окажутся на полках магазинов.
Мы ищем менеджера, который возьмет ответственность за продукт, построит эффективный и удобный сервис, а также интегрирует его в бизнес-процессы организации.

• Решать сложные задачи и искать новые решения. Поэтому наш рабочий день иногда похож на квест, благодаря которому каждый из нас может расти намного быстрее;
• Влиять на продукт. Мы слушаем коллег и используем их экспертизу, идеи для выбора наилучшего решения в развитии продукта;
• Открыто говорить о проблемах и не бояться предлагать новое. Для этого мы развиваем культуру обратной связи и взаимного уважения.

Вам предстоит:
• Формировать стратегию, Vision и Roadmap продукта, а также управлять беклогом задач, выставлять приоритеты;
• Отвечать за результаты внедрения продукта, в том числе финансовые, операционные показатели и улучшения в процессах;
• Отслеживать выполнение целей продукта на основе данных;
• Отвечать за соответствие продукта требованиям, координировать требования с функциональными руководителями и офисами компании;
• Отвечать за развитие команды, управлять эффективностью;
• Вести P&L команды и управлять ресурсами команды;
• Совместно с командой разработки определять технические решения и продвигать идеи по улучшению процессов и оптимизации скорости разработки;
• Проводить эксперименты, качественные исследования, A/B-тесты и анализировать запуски.

Ожидаем, что вы:
• Работали Product Owner’ом или менеджером продукта больше двух лет, либо у вас есть опыт управления проектами от двух лет и готовность взять ответственность за продукт;
• Умеете принимать решения на основе данных;
• Обладаете критическим мышлением и способны рассматривать задачи под разными углами;
• Понимаете процессы цепочки поставок или готовы разобраться в первые недели работы;
• Глубоко понимаете продуктовый подход и разделяете ценности Agile;
• Имеете опыт управления продуктовой командой;
• Знаете технологические основы продуктовой разработки и процесса создания продуктов, можете говорить с командой разработки на одном языке.
