Marketing Manager B2B2C at ESL (remote)

What you’ll do:
Bring sponsorship activations of our brand partners to life
Drive the conversation with account managers & our brand partners to scope the right campaigns and objectives, and align campaigns with the partners’ own programs
Design campaigns integrating brands into esports ecosystem
Integrate 3rd party IPs and external goals into ESL product marketing plans
Establish and use KPIs to drive successful campaigns for our partners
Create, produce, and manage marketing assets
Direct and produce all creative and communication assets used in brand activations with in-house creative teams, agencies, and externals
Scope and manage activation budgets
Work cross-functionally with global teams across multiple disciplines and departments including Production, Operations, PR, Sales, and others to articulate product and brand vision


What you need:
University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Media Design, Journalism, or equivalent experience in marketing, content agency, or promotion.
3-5+ years’ experience in marketing or agency work
Track record of running integrated media campaigns and executing brand partnerships
Experience working with other creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, external stakeholders.
Experience working with younger audiences in a digital space, ideally esports/gaming or entertainment/sports.
Hands-on experience in creating campaign assets including multiple IPs
Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
