WIX шукає Product Manager (Wix Chatbot)

Очікують:
A passionate Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience in building a consumer facing chatbot platform / voice skills / IVR and call center platforms

You know how to translate user needs into a great user experience and turn complex technology into accessible products. You can analyze data to distill meaningful insights and develop ground breaking hypotheses. You have a great visual aptitude - you’re fluent in defining user workflows and sketching wireframes.

You’re curious and passionate about conversational design and natural language processing and you use your excellent technical and innovative thinking to solve problems. Your excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills enable you to drive results in a cross-functional environment while being fun to work with.

Додатковий плюс:
- A background in linguistics
- Python and ML experience
- Enterprise chatbot development experience
- Familiarity with Dialogflow, Google ML, Rasa…

Обов'язки:
- Take full responsibility and ownership of the product - inception to production, heading up the end-to-end development of new products, and making sure that our goals are aligned with users’ needs
- Own the product life cycle: market, BI and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs and development process
- Work closely with top-notch pros in R&D, UX, BA and Marketing to take your product to market
- Talk to users and Customer Care Experts, analyze user data, and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product
- Play a key role in our roadmap-building process
