We are looking for an «Account Manager» to join team.

The perfect candidate have
Experience in sales or customer service (2+ years);
Active search and attraction of new customers;
Ability to multitask and prioritize;
Keeping accurate customer records, tracking any extended and renewed contracts;
Perfect written and spoken English (Upper-intermediate at least).

The advantage will be: knowledge of Blockchain / NFT / Metaverse

Requirements
Developing positive long-term customer relationships;
Regular communication with customers about collaboration processes, developer productivity, overall customer satisfaction;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills;
Handling customers' objections and needs;
Results matter and you get things done;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
