WePad is looking for a Head of business development to join the team

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in business development, including 2+ years in leadership positions;
Excellent understanding of crypto and NFT, personal experience is a must-have;
Tech-savvy: understanding of modern software development practices and processes, both tech-specific and generic;
Data-driven mindset;
Experience in start-ups and tech companies;
Building work process and managing a team;
Ability of self-management;
Fluent English;

IT WILL BE

Experience with launchpad and commercial experience in blockchain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and supporting business processes to open new opportunities and attract potential partners and clients;
Searching and negotiating with partners (exchanges, platforms, funds, agencies, etc.);
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop a client engagement strategy;
Participate in the development of new client journey - documents, pitch presentations, guides for potential clients;
Identify new business development opportunities;
Attend networking and other targeted events to reach clients of interest;
Supporting projects throughout the funnel and beyond indefinitely.
