This is him, shooting from D-30 artillery gun at Ukraine. Notice the shell casings around him. This caliber is banned by the Minsk protocol.

His own geolocation of the video is Stanytsia Luhanska, so the video was taken nearby the Ukrainian-controlled side. Keep in mind that Stanytsia Luhanska is the place where just yesterday these Russian "LPR" terrorists shelled a Ukrainian kindergarten.
