A new scheme is being launched here in Ireland -

Positions are for 4 years and include a PhD student. There is an
internal university review and then a number of proposals are sent
forward for final review. However, in any case this is an excellent
opportunity for early career stage researchers. If you work on high-z
astrophysics, GWs, massive black holes etc drop me a mail and I can give
more details.

Unfortunately the internal review timetable is very tight (early next
week! sorry!) and for that a CV & 3 page proposal is required.
