Stellar Evolution updated to version 0.10.1

Added:
- Resources will be given only for users that are not blocked bot
- Achievement for completing 30 days straight of daily tasks
- New booster that allows block attacks on planet for limited time
- New users will get block attacks booster for one week
- Extended shipyard and nanite factory description

Fixed:
- Reaper was not collecting debris after battle
- Messages was sending to second user in wrong language when using Trade menu
- Changing system when preparing mission closes menu
- Requirements for moon buildings were causing menu won't open
- Debris field was depending on the planet and won't display correctly
- Made word "System" translatable on Galaxy map
- Daily task generation ignores queued research
- Crash of resources update when user delete planet
- Expedition header includes ships from first hour
- Order of buildings and upgrades on dashboard doesn't match actual queue
- Tasks menu wasn't including current active day in progress bar
- Daily task can be done at 99.9% and not count it as finished
