HealthJoy Kyiv is looking for Customer Support Specialist
Based in the US, HealthJoy is a tech company focused on simplifying the healthcare benefits experience for American customers.
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for processing the members' requests and delivering the quality product within the shortest time possible.
Requirements:
- high level of the English language (Advanced+);
- great logical & creative thinking;
- high level of accountability and empathy;
- Customer Support experience as a plus.
Conditions:
- compensation – start of 700$;
- working schedule 5/2 — 15:30 to 24:00;
- office work in Kyiv (remotely til the end of the quarantine);
- 20 paid vacation days per 12 month period, 10 paid sick-leaves;
