Hexa is looking for a Recruiter (only in Kyiv)
Duties:
- assist potential writers with the application process;
- process incoming applications;
- review completed test tasks and decide the fate of the application;
- set up and conduct phone interviews;
- walk the writer through the first steps of working.
Requirements:
- fluent English – both written and spoken – and good communication skills;
- organizational skills;
- experience in hiring content writers is a big plus, but it’s not required.
Conditions:
- flexible schedule set for each week separately. At least 5 shifts per week – 1 morning and 4 evenings or 2 mornings and 3 evenings;
- shift-based pay rate. The more shifts you take, the more you earn;
- performance bonuses.
