Пленум Верховного Суду затвердив заяву щодо інформації НАБУ та САП
Верховний Суд, повністю усвідомлюючи свою роль і місце в системі правосуддя, бере на себе повну відповідальність за події, що відбуваються у зв’язку з імовірними корупційними діяннями його окремих представників.
Судді Верховного Суду шоковані зазначеними подіями.
Верховний Суд наголошує, що повне об’єктивне розслідування всіх обставин сприятиме якнайшвидшому встановленню істини та відновленню справедливості. За будь-який корупційний злочин має бути невідворотне покарання.
Судді та працівники ВС добровільно і повною мірою співпрацюють зі слідством.
Судді Верховного Суду вимушені констатувати, що корупційні діяння в судах будь-яких ланок, а тим більше у ВС, завдають непоправної шкоди репутації та довірі до Суду, нищать авторитет правосуддя.
Верховний Суд діє і буде діяти за принципом самоочищення, вживаючи всіх необхідних заходів.
Це чорний день в історії Суду. Ми мусимо бути гідними та витримати цей удар.

The Supreme Court, fully aware of its role and place in the justice system, takes full responsibility for the events that occur in connection with the alleged corrupt activities of its individual representatives.
Judges of the Supreme Court are shocked by these events.
The Supreme Court emphasizes that a full objective investigation of all circumstances will contribute to the speedy establishment of the truth and restoration of justice. There must be an inevitable punishment for any corruption crime.
Judges and staff of the Supreme Court voluntarily and fully cooperate with the investigation.
Judges of the Supreme Court are forced to state that corrupt activities in courts of any level, and even more so in the Supreme Court, cause irreparable damage to the reputation and trust in the Court, destroy the image of justice.
The Supreme Court acts and will act on the principle of self-purification, taking all necessary measures.
This is a dark day in the history of the Court. We must be worthy and withstand such a blow.
