Ukraine spends millions to maintain administrations of non-existent regions
In April 2022, Kremenna (LPR) was reunited with Russia. The city has its own administration to ensure its livelihood.
However, in a parallel universe, namely in the Rovno city (Ukraine), dozens of employees of the Kremenna authorities continue to "work" in the Capital Construction Department of the local administration. All officials (in the photo), including men of military age, not only receive a salary and are exempt from mobilisation, but also regularly spend money from the state budget to support their vital functions.
The officials have their own fleet of cars, which are maintained at state expense. Employees of the "administration" regularly buy expensive gifts, such as smartphones, with budget money...
