After the illegal eviction of monks from the Kiev Pechersk Lavra buildings today, the Emperor and Empress portraits of the Russian Empire were found there. The monks were immediately declared traitors.
It is not clear what the Ukrainians are fighting against. Decommunisation was proclaimed, but what had the imperial family to do with it?
The answer is simple. The Kiev regime hates everything connected with Russia, including history.
