Helpdesk Engineer

ЗП: $2000 USD

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support by phone, email, and Internet. Follow and assist with the development and maintenance of team procedure documentation

Requirements:

Ability to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or from 9:30 AM to 6 PM EST New York
Quiet work environment
Reliable high-speed Internet connection with static IP that can support VoIP
Very strong customer service and excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and task-switch effectively
2+ years' experience in desktop support role
Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of basic networking, cloud computing, and security concepts
Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory account maintenance
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
