SURGe’s Ultimate Outcome is to help the Government of Ukraine (GoU) to deliver governance and economic reforms that better respond to the needs of its citizens. SURGe provides technical assistance to multiple Ministries.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven experience with PHP7+/8.
• 2+ years of proven experience with MySQL.
• 1+ years of proven experience with Yii2.
• Front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript (jQuery), Bootstrap, Vue.JS, Twig.
• OOP.
• Design Patterns.
• MongoDB.
• Redis.
• Memcached.
• Git.
• Unix, docker, nginx.
• Proficiency in English to read technical documentation.
• Citizen of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:
• Development of project solution architecture.
• Development of new project components.
• Support of existing functionality.
• Development of server and client parts.
• Development of data visualization solutions.
• Creation of interactive components.

We offer:
The duration of the contract is 6 months with a possibility of extensions (subject of approval and implemented deliverables during a previous deployment).

For contracting (after the job offer is made), the selected candidate is expected to be registered as a Private Entrepreneur of the 3d group (consultancy services).
